GBP50ph outside IR35

Are you passionate about food production, quality, and innovative manufacturing? We re looking for a talented Controls Engineer to design, develop, and optimise automation systems that keep our food production lines running safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities of Controls Engineer

Design and develop control systems for industrial processes and machineryProgram and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systemsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutionsConduct system testing, commissioning, and ongoing supportOptimise performance, reliability, and safety of automated systems Requirements of the Controls Engineer

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or related fieldExperience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)Previous experience within FMCG, Automation or similarProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team The benefits of this Controls Engineer contract are:
