Groundworks & Infrastructure Operative - Ellesmere Port

Permanent Full-Time GBP35,000-GBP40,000 OTE Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)

ZETEC Recruitment is working with a growing infrastructure team in Ellesmere Port to recruit a proactive Groundworks Operative. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting essential installation and maintenance work across public spaces and Highways.

Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting groundworks and infrastructure tasks across public areas Operating tools and machinery safely and effectivelyAssisting with traffic management and temporary road closuresFollowing site instructions and completing job documentationEnsuring all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standardsWhat You'll Bring:

Full UK manual driving licence (required)Experience in groundworks, highways, or construction (preferred)Machine operation experience (advantageous)CSCS card (required)Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weatherPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spiritWhat's In It For You:
