Night Shift CNC / CAD Programmer (Permanent)
Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to GBP50,000 basic + overtime (OTE up to GBP56,000)
Shift: Straight Nights 46 hours over 4 nights

What You ll Be Doing
Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis machines (XY2 and Leadwells) Using Siemens controls (essential) Fusion 360 experience desirable (but not essential) Taking full ownership of jobs from programming through to completion Carrying out your own quality checks Supporting breakdowns and urgent turnaround work Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in a fast-moving shop What s In It for You
