Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Wellingborough

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

Shift Pattern: Days

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machineryResponding to electrical breakdowns and fault finding efficientlyWorking on a range of production and automated equipmentSupporting continuous improvement projects to reduce downtimeEnsuring all work is completed in line with health & safety proceduresAssisting with mechanical maintenance when required

Requirements:

Apprentice trained or qualified Electrical EngineerNVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalentPrevious experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or industrial environmentsStrong electrical fault-finding abilitiesExperience with motors, sensors, conveyors, inverters, PLCs or automation equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team
