An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a forward-thinking and high-performing manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently and effectively.Perform reactive maintenance and implement continuous improvement solutions to enhance machinery performance.Support installation, commissioning, and modification of production equipment.Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all documentation is up to date.Adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards, always promoting a safe working environment. Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong electrical fault-finding capability, with solid mechanical knowledge.Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Competent in the use of diagnostic tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment.A methodical and proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
