We're recruiting for an multi-skilled engineer to join a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for leading training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in a team or alone on shift Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtimeDrive continuous improvement and team developmentReport directly to the Maintenance & Engineering ManagerThis employer is committed to internal progression and offers full support for technical and leadership development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environmentLevel 2 or higher qualification in an engineering disciplineStrong independence Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvementFMCG experience highly desirable
