Mobile Plumber (Foot Mobile)
Salary: 40,000 per annum + overtime + call-out allowance
Call-out Rota: 1 in 6
Location: Westminster, London
We are seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Plumber to join our maintenance team covering commercial sites in the Westminster area. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive plumbing works across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain accurate job records via a PDA or similar system.
Participate in the 1-in-6 call-out rota to provide emergency support when required.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable working on foot across central London locations (travel expenses covered).
