Description
Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Building - Hampshire - Immediate start - 19.40 per hour
CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a portfolio of commercial buildings located across Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Hours/Details:
Monday to Friday08:00am to 17:00pmContract type: Ongoing contractVehicle + fuel card
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsGeneral building fabric maintenanceMonitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Requirements:
Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ, or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledgeA proven track record in commercial or property maintenanceInstallation experienceExcellent customer service skillHonest, hard-working and reliableUK driving lisence needed
