Mechatronics Engineer
A market-leading manufacturer of advanced testing and measurement instrumentation is looking to recruit a Mechatronics Engineer to support an ambitious new product development programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering team and play a hands-on role in designing and delivering innovative test systems.

The Role
Design, prototype, and test mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems for test instrumentation
Support the integration of robotic systems into automated test equipment
Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with the engineering team to transfer new products into production
Identify and implement design improvements to reduce cost and improve performance
The Person
HNC or higher in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Industrial experience in mechanical hardware and system design
Competent using 2D and 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
Experience with mechatronic or robotic systems highly advantageous
Knowledge of electronics, firmware, software, or scientific instrumentation beneficial
Eligible to work and live in the UK
