Mechanical Supervisor – High–End Residential Project (East London)

Location: East London

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 55,000 – 60,000 + package OR 275 – 300 p/d

An established and respected M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a high–end residential project in East London. The successful candidate will take a key role in delivering a mechanically complex scheme, valued at 5 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities and subcontractorsEnsure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with project programme and specificationsMonitor health & safety compliance and report regularly to the site/project managerLiaise with the design and project teams to resolve any site–based issuesMaintain site records and reports, including daily logs and progress reportsManage material deliveries and ensure timely availability on siteRequirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a mechanical supervisory roleProven experience on mechanical packages with a value of 3 million or moreRelevant mechanical qualifications SSSTS or SMSTS Strong knowledge of high–spec residential mechanical systems (LTHW, CHW, ventilation, boosted cold water, etc.)Ability to read and interpret drawings and coordinate works on site
