About the Role

As a Production & Assembly Operative, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for assembling and packing a variety of electronic products. You’ll work to high standards of accuracy and quality, ensuring customer requirements are met on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily tasks to maximise productivity

Work flexibly across different production lines (cells)

Maintain tools, instructions, and workspaces to 6S standards

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Report any quality or safety concerns to your manager

Collaborate with colleagues across Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Warehousing

Follow defined processes and procedures precisely

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in production or warehousing within a manufacturing environment

Good hand-eye coordination and ability to assemble small components using hand tools

Ability to follow instructions and technical diagrams

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team to meet production targets

Physically fit and able to handle heavier parts using safe manual handling techniques

Competent in reading and communicating in English

Soldering experience is a plus
