Conrad Consulting are working with a well-established M&E contractor who are looking to add an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to their team.

The Role of the Mechanical Project Manager:

As Mechanical Project Manager, you ll be responsible for managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The company works across a varied project portfolio, including:

Commercial and office fit-outs Refurbishment projects Education Healthcare Hotel & leisure Other high-value commercial projects You ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Requirements of Mechanical Project Manager:

We re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial M&E projects with:

Proven experience managing mechanical projects from start to finish A background in commercial fit-out, refurbishment or similar projects Strong knowledge of mechanical building services Good commercial and contractual awareness Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements A strong focus on quality, programme and safety What's on Offer for the Mechanical Project Manager:
