Location: Westminster, London

Hours: This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. 9am - 6pm

Salary: On offer is a salary banding of 40,000 - 45,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be required to have proven previous experience of planned preventative and reactive maintenance and their primary task will be to perform works on mechanical systems; including plumbing, air conditioning, pressure systems and will be required to assist the team with building fabric and electrical systemsEffectively performing maintenance of a range of assets, through following a PPM schedule and ensuring compliance in a flexible and efficient mannerManage any reactive tasks that get raised, from diagnosis through to sourcing parts and on to completionWorking as first line response to any reactive call-out, ensuring that you are always working safely and to the Approved Codes of Practice for the relevant service you are carrying outWorking with various different parties, including specialist subcontractors in order to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients.
