We re hiring for a Mechanical Assembler to join a forward-thinking company that specialises in high-quality manufacturing and fabrication at their site based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak.

This is a great opportunity to work within a structured engineering workshop, operating a variety of industrial machinery to ensure products are manufactured to a high standard.

GBP15.03 - GBP17.40 per hour Rotating shifts: 5 30 / 14 00 Monday - Thursday Overtime available at an enhanced rates Employee pension contribution scheme 25 days holiday Death in service: x2 annual salary Employee healthcare scheme Annual company events

What will you be doing as a Mechanical Assembler?

Assisting in the assembly of large-scale mechanical components, ensuring accuracy and quality Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions to complete tasks Using hand and power tools to assemble parts efficiently and safely Performing quality checks on finished components to ensure they meet specifications

What do you need?

Previous mechanical assembly experience is essential The ability to read and follow technical drawings Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work The ability to work well in a team and meet production targets
