Mechanical & Electrical Fitter - 40,000 to 50,000 - Mildenhall, Suffolk
A specialist manufacturer in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Fitter to support its continued growth. The role combines electrical installation, mechanical fitting, and on-site system support. You'll be working mainly in the company's yard, with some travel across the UK to install and commission equipment for customers.
Pay & Hours:
40,000 - 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00Temp-to-perm, with the potential for permanent employmentWhat You Will Be Doing:
Installing fuel pump systems and control panels onto steel tanksCarrying out electrical installations in line with 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsSupporting mechanical fitting, assembly, and testing of equipmentWorking mainly from the yard, with occasional site visits across the UKEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardWho Are We Looking For:
Experienced in both mechanical and electrical fittingQualified to 18th Edition standard (essential)Experience with fuel systems, pumps, or similar industrial equipment (preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagramsAble to work independently or as part of a teamFull UK driving licence requiredThe Benefits:
