Description

Material Resource Planning Controller MRPC

Location: Teal Park, Lincoln (Hybrid Working )

Contract: 1-Year Rolling Contract

Hours: 37 Hours per Week (Flexible Working with Core Hours 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Rate: 24.00 - 32.00 per hour Umbrella/ 18.00 - 24.00 per hour PAYE

Travel: Occasional UK Travel Required

The Opportunity

As a Material Resource Planning Controller, you will create, maintain, and communicate detailed delivery plans for component orders throughout the supply chain.

You'll be responsible for managing supplier performance, inventory planning, capacity constraints, and delivery schedules while proactively mitigating supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage material planning activities to support production schedules and customer commitmentsAnalyse demand changes and provide recommendations on their impact to delivery plansMaintain MRP planning data, ensuring accurate demand propagation throughout the supply chainPlan and control inventory levels across the supply chain to optimise stock availabilityManage supplier delivery schedules and ensure commitment accuracy within SAPLead operational relationships with suppliers, driving delivery performance and continuous improvement initiativesConduct supplier business reviews focused on Quality, Cost, and Delivery performanceWhat We're Looking For

Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or LogisticsStrong understanding of production planning and material control processesExperience using SAP or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of inventory management, supply chain scheduling, and supplier managementKey Competencies

Supply Chain Scheduling, Material Resource Planning (MRP), Supplier Relationship ManagementInventory Control & Stock Planning, Capability & Capacity Assessment, Load & Capacity PlanningSupply Chain Risk Management, SAP / ERP Systems
