This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced production equipment, automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies within a highly innovative manufacturing environment.

As part of the Maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while contributing to continuous improvement and predictive maintenance initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out reactive maintenance and fault-finding on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systemsRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtimeComplete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsAdhere to all Health & Safety procedures, including Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO)Update maintenance records using CMMS systemsSupport continuous improvement, TPM, and reliability initiativesWork collaboratively with production and engineering teamsWhat We're Looking ForExperience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance environmentStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsA logical and methodical approach to problem-solvingGood IT skills and the ability to use maintenance management systemsUnderstanding of Health & Safety procedures and risk assessmentsAbility to work effectively within a teamDesirable ExperienceHNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience with PLCs, automation, or roboticsKnowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologiesInterest in Industry 4.0 technologies, AI, and predictive maintenanceWhat's in It for You?Competitive pay rate of GBP18.49 per hourOpportunity to work in an advanced manufacturing environmentExposure to automation, robotics, and predictive maintenance technologiesGain valuable experience within a market-leading production facilityOngoing contract potential beyond the initial 6-month termIf you're an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for your next challenge in a modern manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
