The Role

Our client, a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance/Production Engineer to join their site in Shefford. Reporting to the Technical Director, you'll maintain and repair production machinery, support general building maintenance, manage spare parts, and respond to breakdowns. You'll also produce detailed reports and assist with routine equipment testing.

What You'll Need

Electrical or mechanical apprenticeship + NVQ Level 3 or equivalentIndustrial/commercial maintenance experienceKnowledge of pressure systems, motors, pumps, and electrical equipmentStrong communication and health & safety awarenessIT literate (Outlook & Microsoft Office)Full UK driving licenceFlexible, proactive, and able to manage your own workloadForklift licence and knowledge of Systec/AES machines (desirable but not essential)
