Description
We're supporting a specialist manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Planner to join their engineering team in Norwich.
You'll be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities that support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production machinery.
Core Duties:Planning and coordinating maintenance activitiesCreating and managing planned maintenance work packsWorking closely with operations teams to coordinate maintenance activitiesTracking maintenance KPIs and reporting progress against schedulesManaging work orders through the CMMS and ensuring accurate documentationCoordinating reactive maintenance activities following breakdowns or urgent issuesSupporting engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital investmentsLiaising with engineers, electricians, technicians, and contractors to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
About You:NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical EngineeringPrevious maintenance planning experience within an industrial or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of electrical systems and IEE Wiring RegulationsExperience using CMMS systemsStrong planning, scheduling, and organisational skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
