Must have proven experience as a Maintenance Manager within a Manufacturing environment Deliver and manage the site maintenance plan, including PPM scheduling and execution Lead or support capex and improvement projects Experienced people manager with the ability to lead and develop engineering teams Manage contractors, service contracts, and external suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation and site standards Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, safety standards, and safe working practices Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and HSE to deliver site objectives Demonstrable success improving planned maintenance, reducing downtime, and improving reliability metrics Must have strong communication skills and be a confident people manager with proven experience leading teams within a production environment Strong understanding of safe working practices, contractor control, and compliance About Us
