Day Technician - Building Services
City of London 49,000 - 51,500 + Excellent Benefits
I'm recruiting for a Day Technician to join a high-profile Building Services team within a prestigious commercial property in the City of London.
This is a Monday-Friday role, 08:00-17:00, with no shift pattern. The client is ideally looking for someone mechanically biased, although strong electrical candidates with good all-round Building Services experience will also be considered.

The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across landlord M&E systems within a high-quality commercial environment.
Duties will include:
PPM and reactive maintenanceHVAC fault-findingPumps, motors, AHUs and actuatorsBoilers and heating systemsBMS / energy management systemsDomestic hot and cold water systemsTMVs, water heaters and drainageWater treatment and cooling tower checksContractor supervisionCAFM updates and accurate maintenance recordsSupporting isolations and plant status management
Water treatment experience would be particularly useful, including exposure to TMVs and domestic water systems.
The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have a relevant mechanical, electrical or plumbing/heating qualification and experience working within Building Services, ideally in a commercial or corporate environment.
This is a strong Maintenance Engineer opportunity in the City of London for an all-round engineer looking for a stable Monday-Friday position, excellent benefits and further technical training.
