We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance engineer looking to work within a fast-paced production environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of site machinery and equipment. For this role we will consider Single Skilled or Multi-Skilled applicants.

Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime.Complete preventative maintenance activities in line with site schedules.Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and equipment failures.Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and reduce recurring faults.Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and engineering interventions.Support continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant health, safety and engineering standards.About YouWe are looking for a proactive and technically capable Maintenance Engineer who is comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment.A strong engineering background, with either/both electrical and mechanical capabilities.Experience fault-finding on industrial machinery and production equipment.Minimum of a Level 3 qualification
