About the RoleWe are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at an established manufacturing site in Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy, well invested production environment that values innovation, safety, and high performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain plant and facilities to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Minimise downtime through timely, safe, and effective maintenance practices.
Provide engineering solutions and carry out cost effective repairs.
Support production and maintenance teams in achieving performance, quality, and safety targets.
Accurately record all maintenance work using the site s CMM system.
Promote continuous improvement and compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards.
About YouYou will need:
A time served apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 qualification.
Previous experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role.
Strong fault finding skills, with up-to-date knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Familiarity with TPM/PPM systems and Siemens / Allen Bradley controls.
Good IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Access).
A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
