Salary: GBP53,000

Shift: Monday to Friday Days Only

Job Role of the Lead Engineer An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a well–established and fast–paced food manufacturing business based in Stonehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership role while remaining hands–on within a modern manufacturing environment.

As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day engineering function, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and supporting the engineering team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site. You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, improving engineering standards and ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum.

This position would suit a proactive engineering professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys mentoring others while maintaining a hands–on approach.
