About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Service Technician to join a successful team at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in engineering, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

Please note this is on permanent nights, on a 4 on 4 off basis.

Applying applicants are required to have electrical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems Assist senior technicians with fault-finding, repairs, and operational support Work safely and efficiently within Heathrow s engineering and operational environments Complete maintenance reports and documentation as required Follow company and airport procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards Develop your technical skills through on-the-job training and mentoring

Requirements

A qualification in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Engineering (Degree or NVQ Level 1 2) Strong aptitude and passion for engineering Willingness and ability to learn new skills Basic Mechanical and Electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential) No previous industry experience required full training will be provided Reliable, proactive, and keen to build a long-term engineering career
