The Role: Inbound Energy Sales Advisor.
As an Inbound Sales Agent, you’ll handle calls from new and existing customers, helping them retain or purchase products and services. Your mission is simple: connect, understand, and guide.
You’ll chat. You’ll ask questions. You’ll listen. And then you’ll clearly explain the products and services that best meet your customer’s needs. There are targets, of course, but you’ll have a supportive team behind you every step of the way.
What you’ll do:
* Support existing customers who are moving home and retain them where possible.
* Identify and promote sales opportunities across a wide range of products and services.
* Provide clear, accurate information to ensure consistency across the organisation.
* Increase customer retention through exceptional service and genuine connection.
What We’re Looking For
Personality goes a long way. If you’re someone who can talk to anyone, simplify complex information, and stay positive, even during challenging calls, you’ll fit right in. No need to be an energy expert; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
You’ll excel in this role if you have:
* A professional telephone manner and experience in telesales or a similar role.
* The drive to meet and exceed KPIs covering productivity, quality, and customer service.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail, following processes in a compliant, methodical way.
* Confidence to consistently deliver outstanding performance.
* The ability to adapt your communication style to different customer types.
* Enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
* A desire to grow, learn, and stay up to date on products and sales techniques.
