The Head of Aftermarket will be responsible for leading and managing the aftermarket operations within a Global Manufacturing Business

Description

The Head of Aftermarket will be responsible for;

Oversee the aftermarket operations to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to optimise procurement and supply chain processes with the Head of Supply chain include spares and accessories.Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational goals and objectives.Monitor and analyse aftermarket performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aftermarket activities.Manage supplier relationships to guarantee quality and timely delivery of goods and services.Prepare and present reports on aftermarket performance to senior management.Lead and inspire the team and 3rd parties to achieve exceptional resultsAble to travel within EuropeProfile

A successful Head of Aftermarket should have:

Proven experience in procurement and supply chain within the Industrial and Manufacturing industry.Some Technical Knowledge and able to report on persistent issuesGlobal Warranty ExposureStrong leadership and management skills to oversee operations and teams.Excellent analytical skills for performance monitoring and improvement.In–depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.A results–driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.Job Offer
