An independent property consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice and gain exposure to a broad range of Building Surveying and Project Management work across the UK.

The successful candidate will work across a varied range of sectors, including private healthcare, hospitality, insurance remediation and transactional professional services, while developing the technical experience required to progress towards MRICS.

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview:

The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside experienced Building Surveyors and gain hands–on experience across a variety of instructions and project types.

You will be supported through your APC and have the opportunity to develop your skills across commercial, residential and mixed–use properties, with exposure to both Building Surveying and Project Management.

The role will include:

Assisting with a broad range of Building Surveying instructionsSupporting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis and report writingSupporting with contract administration and project management projectsAttending site visits and client meetings alongside senior staffWorking across commercial, residential and mixed–use assetsDeveloping the core competencies required for APC progressionWorking closely with senior team members to develop technical and professional skills

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
