Field Service Engineer – East Midlands / East Anglia

If you're a Field Service Engineer looking to break into the medical sector, this role offers the perfect pathway. You'll be joining a well–established managed service provider that supports healthcare organisations nationwide, known for investing heavily in training, development, and creating a genuinely supportive team culture. Their focus is simple: keeping vital medical equipment safe, reliable, and ready when clinicians need it.

What you'll be doing:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs on a range of medical devices.Travel between sites to deliver responsive, reliable service to clinical teams.Keep accurate service records, manage spare parts, and ensure equipment is fully compliant.Work closely with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly.Support senior engineers and contribute to ongoing improvements within the service team.What we're looking for:

HNC/ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar.Some hands–on practical engineering experience – ideally 6–12 monthsSomeone who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and problem–solving on the road.Strong communication skills and confidence working independently.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.DBS Enhanced Disclosure (can be completed during onboarding).The details:
