Role- HVAC Field Service Engineer
Salary- 35,000 - 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type- Permanent
Location- Birmingham - On the road
My client is a specialist service provider of HVAC machinery. They are looking for an Engineer to join their team near Birmingham on a permanent basis.
The Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
3 year or more of experience in a similar Service/Maintenance Engineering positionHave a background in Refrigeration & Air conditioning with knowledge of Refrigeration systems and principlesF-Gas qualifiedKnowledge of electrical engineeringDegree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similarGood mathematical and general engineering knowledgeThe ability to understand system requirementsBe self-motivated with excellent attention to detailHave excellent communication skills both verbal and written
The Engineer role will involve:
Carrying out installation of refrigeration & air conditioning systemsProvide servicing & maintenance for refrigeration & air conditioning systems Identifying and rectifying faults on refrigeration and air conditioning systemsGuidance and assistance to customers as required on functional and technical informationMaintaining working relationships with colleagues and clients
