Central Belt Based (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Livingston etc.)

Homebased, Covering Scotland region

35,000 per annum + Plenty of Overtime Available + Company Van, Mobile, Laptop + Early Finish on Friday + 33 Days Holiday Inc Bank Holidays

On offer is the chance to work in an autonomous role, where you will use your technical skills to provide reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of sites. This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with generator or plant hire experience, who is looking to join a leading UK company where you will have the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.

The Role:

Planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of generators, fault finding i.e. control panel, AC/DC electrical systems, genset synchronization

17.25 p/h basic, 39hrs per week – 8:00am to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 15:30 finish Friday

Overtime 1.5x – paid from 6:00am to 8:00am, then 16:30pm to 00:00pm/ 2.0x paid 00:00 to 6:00am

Scotland patch (up to Aberdeen, Inverness, down to Glasgow & Edinburgh) Occasional visits to depot in Livingston required

The Person:

NVQ in plant maintenance/equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

Experience working on generators or plant hire equipment

Full, Clean UK driving license

Looking to develop your skills through industry specific training and courses.
