Recruit4staff are representing a well-established engineering business in their search for a Fabricator Welder to work in St Helens
Job Details:
Pay: GBP20.73 per hour - PAYE (Overtime paid at x1.5 of basic Monday Saturday am , x2 of basic on Saturday PM and Sundays)Hours of Work: 38 hours per week Monday to Thursday, 8am 4:30pm, Friday 8am 2pmDuration:6-8 week Temporary Contract
Job Role: As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for welding aluminium, copper, and steel using MIG and TIG processes. Duties include fabricating steel components and welding assemblies from technical drawings, and operating hand tools and workshop machinery. You will also maintain a safe and clean working environment with good housekeeping standards.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Ability to fabricate and assemble products working from technical engineering drawingsStrong ability to fabricate structures & components out of thin-gauge steel & sheet metalMIG welding experience Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
C&G/NVQ in Fabrication and Welding or equivalentCSCS Card/CCNSG or equivalentFull Driving Licence Commutable From: Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington, Haydock, Widnes, Skelmersdale
