Full-Time Permanent Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

Are you a skilled Fabricator / Welder looking to join a growing engineering manufacturer with a strong team culture and clear career development?

This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled Fabricator/ Welder to work on high-quality fabrication and welding projects, supporting the design and build of complex mechanical equipment supplied to international energy and industrial markets.

The Role:

The Fabricator / Welder will play a key role within the fabrication workshop, manufacturing precision-engineered products to exacting standards. You ll be responsible for producing high-quality welded components, maintaining workshop standards, and ensuring all work meets Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Fabricator / Welder:

Fabricate and weld components in line with engineering drawings and production schedulesCarry out fabrication and welding duties as directed by the Production Manager or ChargehandPerform pre-use checks on tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptlyMaintain high standards of housekeeping and workshop organisationEnsure all QHSE policies and procedures are followed at all timesComplete fabrication projects within set timeframes and quality standards

About the Fabricator / Welder:

Time-served Fabricator / Welder or equivalent hands-on experienceStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsConfident using a variety of fabrication tools and equipmentKnowledge of welding processes (GMAW preferred)Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
