Description
Engineering Supervisor - Data Centre Canary Wharf
An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor to join a leading global provider supporting a live 4MW data centre in Canary Wharf.
This is a Monday to Friday leadership position, ideal for a technically strong Lead Engineer, Shift Leader or Supervisor looking to step into a broader management role while remaining close to operations in a critical environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of engineering operations across a live data centre, leading a team of engineers and ensuring all maintenance, compliance and service delivery standards are achieved.
Duties will include planned and reactive maintenance management, contractor supervision, permit control, RAMS review, technical reporting, client liaison, KPI/SLA delivery, and ownership of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
You'll work across plant including power, cooling, UPS, generators, BMS, switchgear, and associated M&E systems.

The site is scheduled for a controlled closure in late 2027, offering valuable experience managing a live critical facility through transition and shutdown. Following closure, the successful candidate will be redeployed within the wider portfolio, providing long-term career stability and progression.
