We re looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our production team in North Tyneside. This role is focused on the build and assembly of electrical systems, working from detailed schematics and build instructions to deliver high-quality, reliable equipment. If you ve got solid panel wiring experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and precision, this could be the next step in your career.

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for panel wiring of small, precise components, assembling electrical systems and sub-assemblies, and ensuring all work is completed to specification and sequence. You ll work directly from electrical drawings and schematics, carrying out cable stripping, crimping, and terminating including complex umbilical assemblies while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement activities, supporting production schedules, and completing task risk assessments to keep projects on track and compliant.

We re looking for someone with an HNC qualification or equivalent practical experience in electrical assembly, who can demonstrate strong knowledge of panel wiring and electrical builds. You should be a proactive team player, flexible in your approach, and comfortable working to strict deadlines in a production environment.
