Essential Skillset:
Supervision of HV substation or BESS/renewable project deliveryManagement of site teams to deliver works safely, on time, and to specStrong knowledge of HV construction, installation, and commissioning activitiesControl of site safety, RAMS, permits, and method statementsSite inspections, quality checks, and defect resolutionClient and stakeholder liaison during project deliveryDelivery of CDM requirements and construction safety complianceExperience managing statutory documentation and site recordsIOSH / NEBOSH / SMSTS (or equivalent)
