Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to 48,200
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.
This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to 48,200, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsPackage
