Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Contract)

Location: Newark

Rate: GBP33 - GBP35.00 p/h

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights rotation 6:00 to 18:00 / 18:00 to 6:00)

Start Date: May

We re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role with a strong electrical bias, supporting production through a mix of reactive and planned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairsSupport reactive breakdowns and PPM activitiesWork on 3-phase systems, motors, inverters, and control panelsAssist with electrical installations and modificationsHelp improve machine reliability and efficiency Requirements:

Level 3 engineering qualificationStrong electrical fault-finding skills (PLC knowledge beneficial but not essential)Experience working with 3-phase systems, drives, motors, and control equipmentAbility to read and work from electrical drawingsHeavy industry background (beneficial) Benefits:
