Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in London this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Electrical team as a LVAP, supporting the delivery of our project.

Plan the development of the project, with the responsibility of operational engineering issues. Liaising and co-ordinating with clients, other members of the design team and contractors on technical and commercial issues.

Your Team

As a member of the team, the LV AP will be reporting to the Project Manager & will be an exemplar ambassador for the company and its values, integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality

Your day will include:

Ensuring that all operations comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations and other relevant safety standards.

Implementing and adhering to safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel working with electrical systems.

Control, operate, and maintain low voltage systems, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.

Prepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off and tender schedules.

Keeping up to date the delivery schedule to control deliveries

Monitor progress against the program and issue progress reports

Producing look ahead programs to assist production.

Carrying out Quality Control through inspections and snagging

Carrying out document control, recording & transmitting information

All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager
