Ganymede Energy is working with an established and growing provider of heating and maintenance services across the UK, recruiting for an experienced Domestic Plumber to join their team.

The Role

As a Domestic Plumber, you ll visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair a range of plumbing issues.

You ll be working independently for much of the day, so you ll need to be comfortable assessing problems, finding practical solutions and carrying out high-quality repairs. Just as importantly, you ll be representing the company in customers homes, so a friendly and professional approach really matters.

You ll have the support of an experienced team around you, as well as access to dedicated training and field-based coaching whenever you need it.

We re looking for someone who takes pride in doing a good job and enjoys helping customers.

You ll ideally have:

Level 2 qualification in Plumbing certificates will need to be provided if successfulExperience with both 1st and 2nd fix plumbingPrevious experience working as a plumber in domestic propertiesA full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty pointsGood customer service skills and the confidence to deal with customers in their homesA practical, proactive approach to problem-solvingGood attention to detailA genuine can do attitude and willingness to learn You don t need to have everything figured out from day one. What matters is that you re experienced in your trade, take pride in your work and want to be part of a team that supports its people.
