What You'll Be Doing

Lead and deliver high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects with tangible business outcomesIdentify and quantify improvement opportunities through data analysis and waste reductionPartner with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive strategic prioritiesManage project risks, resolve issues quickly, and maintain delivery momentumImplement KPI frameworks to track performance, sustainability, and ROIEmbed a culture of continuous improvement across multiple business areas

What We're Looking For

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record of delivering resultsExperience leading continuous improvement in a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagementProven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex projectsKnowledge of quality systems and industry standards (e.g. EN9100)Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously
