Description

Oversee landlord H&S compliance (gas, electric)Manage compliance programmes and inspections Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirementsSupport policy and compliance improvementsMonitor contractor delivery and performanceProvide reporting and assurance to management

Profile

Experience in compliance or asset surveying (housing preferred)Strong knowledge of H&S legislationUnderstanding of M&E compliance (not necessarily deeply technical)Strong organisation and project coordination skillsAbility to interpret and apply regulations
