London / Mobile Full-Time, Permanent
50,000- 65,000 DOE
Are you an experienced plumber looking to carry out high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial properties?
This could be the role for you.
We are working with a family-owned construction and property maintenance business, delivering planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients across Central London for over 20 years.
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across all property typesDiagnose and fix faults on domestic and commercial systems and appliancesComplete 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioningLiaise with customers and subcontractorsCarry out ongoing risk assessmentsAccurately record labour and materials for each jobTake part in the call-out rotaAct as a role model, supporting and coaching apprentices
What We're Looking For
Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent gas and plumbing qualificationGood understanding of commercial heating systemsACS gas qualification elements: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards)Current CSCS cardFull, clean driving licence
