Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes has a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Turner one of our manufacturing clients in the Bristol area.
The Role:
Programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes Installing workpieces, fixtures and cutting tools Production of high–quality detail parts Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Adherence to health and safety protocols Adherence to specifications and quality standards About you:
Experienced CNC lathe Setter Experienced online programmer Experience with Fanuc Controls Experience with twin spindle, multi–axis Lathes (desirable) Experience with offline programming (desirable) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Ability to read and interpret drawings Ability to resolve common CNC machine issues (tooling problems etc) Experience using measuring equipment The Benefits:
