4 day working week, Monday to ThursdayPermanent night shift, 8:30pm to 7:00amDeath in service benefitAutonomy to manage programming, setting and operating from start to finishWorking with advanced Mazak CNC turning centres and cutting edge technologyOpportunities to develop your skills in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing As a CNC Turner (Nightshift):

Programme Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol and ISO G-codeSet and prove out jobs on Mazak Quick Turn, Nexus, Smooth or Integrex machinesRun CNC turning operations to produce precision components within tight tolerancesPerform first off and in-process inspections using micrometers, verniers and gaugesMaintain a safe and organised work area in line with 5S standards As a CNC Turner (Nightshift):

3-5+ years' CNC turning experience, with proven ability to programme, set and operate Mazak machinesStrong knowledge of Mazatrol and/or Smooth controls, plus ISO G-code editingAbility to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&TUnderstanding of cutting speeds, feeds and tool geometry across materialsA proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining quality standards If you want a night shift role where your precision and problem-solving are properly valued, this is worth a conversation.
