Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC saws and machinery safely and efficientlyLoad materials into machines and monitor productionInspect finished components to ensure quality standardsUse hand tools to assist with fabrication tasksSupport general workshop activities as requiredFollow technical instructions and production schedulesMaintain a clean and organised working area

Skills & Experience Required

Experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role preferredAbility to operate machinery and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsReliable with good timekeeping and attendanceAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and develop new skillsInterest in engineering or working with aluminiumFlexible approach to overtime when required
