Gi Pro are proud to be working with a well–established manufacturer who are looking for an experienced CNC Production Supervisor / Cell Leader to join their growing operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong CNC knowledge and proven leadership or supervisory experience to take ownership of a busy department, driving performance, quality, and lean manufacturing.

The Role:

As CNC Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in making sure the department is running smoothly. You'll be hands–on in leading a team of operators, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting CNC operators

Planning the workload and leading shift briefings

Monitoring the machine output and efficiency

Supporting recruitment and onboarding new staff

Driving a strong safety culture and maintaining 5S/housekeeping standards

Coordinating with the maintenance team to keep machinery in top condition

We're looking for a proactive and organised leader with:

Strong background within a CNC machining environment

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.

Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Strong ability to work towards and meet key production targets under tight deadlines.

Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Day shifts: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
