Our client has been established for over 35 years and now one of the North West's leading engineering, fabrication and machining companies. Looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Miller for our facility in Chorley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable CNC Programmer/Miller, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

Essential Requirements
Must be time served with post qualification experience in a technical machining backgroundAbility to program HAAS or Heidenhain controls.Experience & understanding in machining of fabrications.Experience in machining 1 offs & Small batches of parts.Highest standards of Health, Safety and Quality is essentialAbility to interpret detailed engineering drawings, understand drawing symbols and deliver conforming parts.Working with various materials including exotic grade alloysA detailed understanding of engineering drawing, tooling selection, work holding & cutting strategy is essential

17.71 - 18.21 per hour, weekly pay.
Working Week
Standard Week: 37 hours Mon-Thurs 07:30 - 16:00 - hour lunch 12:00 - 12:30
Fri 07:30 - 12:30 - No lunch break
Overtime rate, if available: Additional hours x 1.5
Holidays
25 days per annum + bank holidays
