This role is ideal for an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong background in precision engineering. It would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machine tools, specifically the Toyoda twin pallet machine, to produce large components to exact specifications and tolerances.Support and mentor colleagues and trainees, contributing to their development as required.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures while maintaining high housekeeping standards.Work across a rotating three-shift pattern (early, late, and night shifts) and be flexible to work additional hours to meet business needs.Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to manufacture components efficiently.

Salary

6am-2pm ( 20.71 per hour)2pm-10pm ( 22.43 per hour)10pm-6am ( 24.16 per hour)OTE: 50,000+ (uncapped overtime available).
