CNC Machinist Day Shift
HSM Engineering Ltd Nottingham (Junction 26)
HSM Engineering is expanding and we re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on a permanent day shift. If you re confident in setting and operating CNC machines and enjoy producing high-quality precision components, we d like to hear from you.
What you ll do:
Set and operate CNC machines across Haas 3-axis, 5-axis, turn/mill and turning platforms
Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances
Perform in-process inspection and ensure quality standards are met
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient workflow
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
What we re looking for:
Strong experience setting and operating CNC machinery
Confident working with Haas controls
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
A proactive, reliable team player with good attention to detail
Aerospace or precision engineering experience beneficial
